Studio hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5

Standard orders are dispatched within 1 working day

Hand finished pieces are made to order and dispatched within 2 working days

If your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us straight away so we can arrange a new delivery. We will ask for photographs to be taken so we can submit these to the courier/postal service.

We are happy to accept returns. The item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition so it can be re-sold. You will be responsible for paying the returns postage.

Please be aware that delivery times will vary at Christmas and other public holidays.

All the products displayed on this website are professionally photographed or scanned before being uploaded. Due to the fact that internet browsers differ as do monitors, please be aware that there may be slight colour discrepancies between how your computer displays my images to the printed product. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any such colour differences.
